It’s been a rough life for this woman since 2007.
Thankfully, she’s still alive and well. But she was mistakenly declared dead by the Social Security Administration (SSA) more than 15 years ago, and this mistake has been haunting her ever since.
She’s had trouble obtaining student loans, getting jobs, paying bills, and doing anything else that requires proof of identity and/or a Social Security number.
She even changed her number, but the problem persists. She’s written letters to multiple leaders at various levels of government, but with no help.
