Ever since the 2025 Social Security Cost-of-Living Adjustment was announced, many people have been focused on one question. What’s the highest possible Social Security payment after this change?

Per the Social Security Administration and The Motley Fool, we now have the answer. As many people know, benefit amounts vary based on several factors. This includes the age at which the recipient chooses to take them.

For those who claim as early as possible, at age 62, the highest benefit they could receive in 2025 is $2,831. What about at 67, which is the full retirement age for many Americans? They can receive up to $4,043 in 2025. And as for those who wait until 70, they could earn $5,108.
