The 2024 Social Security cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) isn’t the only update to this program coming next year. We’ll also see a Supplemental Social Security income increase.
As pointed out by Yahoo Finance, this will impact a few different groups, with eligible benefit amounts increasing for each category.
Eligible individuals will see benefits increase to $943 per month. That number will be $1,415 for couples and $472 for essential persons.
