May is Older Americans Month, a time to celebrate the strength, wisdom, and contributions of our nation’s seniors.

We’re proud to support this mission year-round through weekly news, resources, and strong advocacy for Social Security and retirement security. Our publication offers trusted updates and insights on issues that matter most to older Americans—like Social Security restoration, retirement planning, and financial wellness.

We believe seniors deserve clear information, expert guidance, and a strong voice in the national conversation about earned benefits.

Honoring Older Americans Month: Information, Advocacy, and Wellness for Every Stage of Retirement

The theme of this year’s Older Americans Month is “Flip the Script on Aging.” While some people see aging as a challenge, we view it as a blessing to be cherished.

This is why we at the Council for Retirement Security take joy in spreading information seniors can use. We advocate for Social Security protection and retirement planning strategies. Because when you have more resources for retirement, it’s easier to make it a time of joy, exploration, and growth.

In addition to our primary news and advocacy efforts, we also operate a site focused on health and wellness. There, we feature diet tips, safe exercise programs for seniors, and helpful advice on managing sugar intake and healthy aging. It’s all designed to help retirees feel their best and stay active, no matter where they are in their journey.

Our platform is open to people of all ages. Whether you’re a retiree, a soon-to-be retiree, or just starting your career, you’re part of the Social Security system—and your voice matters. We welcome everyone to follow our content, join the conversation, and take part in protecting what so many have worked hard to earn.
