The relationship we have with our body fat cells can be complicated to say the least. We want to get rid of much of it as possible, but a little fat can be good for us. Different types of fat cells do different things, and the fats in our foods affect us in different ways. Learning how our bodies react to these types of fat help us achieve more balanced nutrition.
