To prove you’re alive is a pretty easy task — except when it comes to dealing with bureaucracy.
The Social Security Administration (SSA) incorrectly declared this man deceased. Thankfully, he’s alive and well. But unfortunately, he’s dealt with a nightmare because of this mix up.
He realized something was wrong when his application for a mortgage was denied. When he was informed that the reason for the rejection was that he was dead, he was stunned — and very much alive.
